Permanent artworks aim to create art that can exist long-term in public spaces. These works beautify the city and community environment and serve as carriers of local stories, cultural features, and community spirit. The concept of "permanent works" is relative, as nothing is truly permanent. Environmental design or artistic creation gains local significance and longevity through resident participation. Through close collaboration among artists, workshops and permanent works are linked in the creative process. The two permanent art creation projects are conceived as containers, imagining a dynamic framework and module that develops with community participation and interaction, housing the content generated by participatory art.
